Online Ordering & Pickup

We have added some of our products to our website for your convenience, though there are many, many more items available in-store. We have worked to make online ordering easy as well as staffing our phones as much as possible for telephone orders.

Ordering online:
After you place your order, you'll get an order confirmation. If everything looks good, you don't need to do anything until you get another email message letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.

Picking Up Your Order:
We do our best to prepare online orders as soon as possible, usually the same day. Please wait until you see a second email letting you know that your order is ready before coming out to the store. We want to be sure everything is ready for you! Online orders will be placed in our Pickup Shed. You can come and get them any time, but note that the parking lot is roped off after we close for the day.

Pickup Location:
When you pull into our parking lot, you'll see a shed directly in front of you. Smaller items will be placed in the shed with your name on them. Plant material will be placed in that area with your name attached. Bagged goods can be pulled directly from the pallets of stock in the parking lot. Please count carefully and bring someone to help you load, as we will not have staff on hand to help if it's after hours. If you have ordered large items that will not fit in the shed or items that cannot be placed outdoors, they may be at the front counter just inside the store. We are happy to bring them out to you if you let us know when you arrive.

Plant selection:
For trees, shrubs, veggies, etc we will put together your order for you. We promise to select only lovely, healthy plants for you. We know it's more fun to pick your own, but think of it this way...you have the benefit of our knowledge in selecting the best of the bunch!

It's trickier with flowers as color will vary greatly and we totally understand that selecting just the right shade can be important. Our greenhouses are open during the season for in-store shopping if you prefer to select your own items. For any online orders, we'll do out best to honor color requests entered in the memo section at checkout.

Please call us if it's during regular business hours. We are trying our very best to answer the phones, but we definitely miss calls. Leave a message and we'll get back to you. If it's not urgent, please send us an email and we'll let you know if we have what you're looking for. We can add anything we carry to your contactless order and have it available to you for pickup.
