Edible WNY Native Plants

Join Ken Parker for this fun and tasty class!

This workshop is focused on educating participants about the diverse range of edible wild native plants found in Western New York. Attendees will learn to identify, harvest, and prepare these plants, enhancing their appreciation for local biodiversity and promoting sustainable foraging practices.

Rumor has it Ken may even prepare a little treat for everyone...and if it's anything like the last time he hosted this class, it's worth coming just for the snacks!

Space is limited. Please register early so we can save you a seat!
